Returns for Refund are only accepted in certain situations, and contact must be made within 7 days of receiving your product. 

Returns for exchange or store credit are accepted with approval within 14 days of purchase and dependant on order and stock quantities. Product being exchanged or returned for store credit must be in new condition. 

Shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. 

We offer flat rate shipping for all standard orders, with free shipping over $100. 

For shipments within BC, the shipping charge is $8.00.

For shipments throughout the rest of Canada, the shipping charge is $12.00.

For shipments into the U.S.A, the shipping charge is $18.00. 

All orders over $100 throughout Canada and USA are applicable for free standard shipping.

Local Delivery / Pick-up:

Local pick up is available in Maple Ridge B.C.

You can also choose to pick up at any one of our Markets. 

A confirmation email will be sent to you when the order is ready for pick up where arrangements can be made. 

Please do not proceed to pick up your order before the confirmation email is sent and arrangements have been made for pick up. 

​We offer local delivery services for only $4 throughout the Tricities and Maple Ridge Areas  (Port Moody, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Maple Ridge & Pitt Meadows). If you choose local delivery at check-out, an email will be sent when the order is complete and delivery arrangements can be made.

If you live within  the Tricities area and the local delivery option did not come up at checkout, please email info@campcandleco.ca with your postal code.

In stock products ship within 3-5 business days of order being received and paid. Backordered products will ship as soon as available and this will be communicated with buyer via email. 

We ship all packages within Canada and the USA via Expedited Parcel with Canada Post. If you need your items sooner, please contact Megan at info@campcandleco.ca for upgraded shipping rates. 

Tealight Care Instructions:

• Please burn your Tealights on a heat resistant surface, or  a standard tealight candle holder
• Please allow some room between the tealight candles when burning
• Discontinue use when only 1/8" wax remains at the bottom of the tealight, or the wick burns to about 1/4" 
• Never leave your burning candle unattended and keep away from children, pets and flammable materials. 

Recycle!

Your tealight container can be recycled and so can the box. When the candle is finished, simply dispose the remaining wax residue in a proper receptical (the wax is biodegradable and can go in your organics bin) and dispose of the polycarbonate tealight cup in your recycling.
