Returns for Refund are only accepted in certain situations, and contact must be made within 7 days of receiving your product. 

Returns for exchange or store credit are accepted with approval within 14 days of purchase and dependant on order and stock quantities. Product being exchanged or returned for store credit must be in new condition. 

Shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. 

We offer flat rate shipping for all standard orders, with free shipping over $100. 

For shipments within BC, the shipping charge is $10.00.

For shipments throughout the rest of Canada, the shipping charge is $15.00.

For shipments into the U.S.A, the shipping charge is $20.00. 

All orders over $100 throughout Canada and USA are applicable for free standard shipping.

Local Pick-up:

Local pick up is available in Maple Ridge B.C.

You can also choose to pick up at any one of our Markets. 

A confirmation email will be sent to you when the order is ready for pick up where arrangements can be made. 

Please do not proceed to pick up your order before the confirmation email is sent and arrangements have been made for pick up.

We strive to ship in stock products within 3-5 business days of order being received and paid. Backordered products will ship as soon as available and this will be communicated with buyer via email. 

This listing is for the electric melter only. It does not come with wax melts. Please view our wax melt section on our website to choose your scents!

Read and follow all instructions that come with your warmer

• Use caution when handling - the base may become very hot. Do not place wax melter on or near sensitive or flammable surfaces. 
• Turn off and unplug warmer when not in use or before cleaning.
• Keep out of reach of children - hot wax may cause serious injury. Do not add water to hot wax
• Do not move warmer while in use. 
• Do not use more than 3 cubes at a time in the warmer
