Shipping & Returns
At this time, all standard orders are processed within 3-5 business days. If you need your item to be shipped sooner than this, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and I can see if your shipment can be expedited. Once your order is ready, you will either receive a notice of pick up (if this is the method you chose at check-out) or will be sent a notification of shipping with tracking number.
Camp Candle Co. ships all standard orders using Canada Post Parcel Services, Purolator or Canpar. In some instances, we may use other courier services like UPS, Fedex or DHL. Tracking information will be sent once the order has shipped. Expedited shipping options are available for an increased shipping charge. If you need expedited shipping, please email email@example.com to inquire about rates.
At this time, we can only ship within Canada and the United States through our website. If you are outside of these countries and are interested in placing an order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about a shipping estimate.
We offer flat rate shipping for all standard orders, with free shipping over $100.
For shipments within BC, the shipping charge is $8.00.
For shipments throughout the rest of Canada, the shipping charge is $12.00.
For shipments into the U.S.A, the shipping charge is $18.00.
All orders over $100 throughout Canada and USA are applicable for free standard shipping.
Local Delivery / Pick-up:
Local pick up is available in Port Coquitlam, B.C or Maple Ridge B.C.
You can also choose to pick up at one of our Markets.
A confirmation email will be sent to you when the order is ready for pick up where arrangements can be made.
Please do not proceed to pick up your order before the confirmation email is sent and arrangements have been made for pick up.
We offer local delivery services for only $5 throughout the Tricities and Maple Ridge Areas (Port Moody, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Maple Ridge & Pitt Meadows). If you choose local delivery at check-out, an email will be sent when the order is complete and delivery arrangements can be made.
If you live within the Tricities area and the local delivery option did not come up at checkout, please email email@example.com with your postal code.
If you have any issues after the order has shipped, such as item not arriving or item arriving damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and I would be happy to assist in a solution.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our product, we only offer returns or exchanges under certain circumstances. If you would like to return or exchange a product, please reach out to Megan at email@example.com to receive a Return Authorization Number before shipping any items back.
Please note that all returns or exchanges must be in unused and as-new condition.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of purchase.
Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded. Once item is received back at our facility and approved for return, either a credit will be refunded to your method of payment for product only, less a 20% restocking fee, or the replacement product will be sent out and tracking information will be sent to you.
